01 : Senior Sales Executive - Industrial Automation (B2B) - Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identifying new sales opportunities and developing new customers through lead generation,
cold calling, and networking.
• Understanding and focusing opportunities in process and discrete manufacturing industries
(food and beverage, pulp and paper, chemicals, cement, energy, automobile, etc.)
• Understanding technical intricacies and functionalities of IIoT and MES products, and
effectively explaining their benefits customer
• Preparing and sending techno commercial offers to the customers
• Planning and execution of travel and visits to manufacturing factories and customers
• Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective
customers.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with
company goals.
• Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and
identifying up selling opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, tracking progress, and generating regular performance
reports.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to
maintain a competitive edge.
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance
brand visibility and generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A bachelors degree in electronics, instrumentation, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
• Sales experience in manufacturing industry control systems, or software applications.
• Persuasive presentation skills, with experience delivering tailored pitches to executives or
decision-makers.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in hybrid setup
• Ability to travel up to 50%
